You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product(s). Johnny Magory World is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the return process.

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days].

In case of a refund, the shipping and handling charges incurred during the initial purchase are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
